Asif, Zak and his team are impeccable, they are knowledgeable, courteous and diligent in getting any job done. For the past 5 years I get my personal vehicle Lincoln SUV serviced here as well as my work Van. Hello Friends, I just want to share my experience with Fine Tuned Autos team. I have a body repair works needed and I went to Fine Tuned Autos and met the team, we discussed about the damages, cost and most importantly TIME. I found it excellent to put my car for repair at Fine Tuned Autos. I put my car and took rental (they provide rentals too). I called this place to inquire about installing a block heater in my car and after reaching out to several shops, I finally found someone who understood what I meant by "engine block heater," as not many auto shops are familiar with it. I’m a college student currently studying in Toronto from Kingston and noticed a weird sound in my car halfway through my drive. I called Fine Tuned Auto the next day and they got me in within 3 hours as a new customer, replaced a part under my car in 2 hours and quoted me a very affordable price. The staff are very nice and took the time to explain to me what was going on. I’m very impressed with the amount of professionalism and kindness. 100% recommend and will go back if I have another issue.
