I am being generous here as Fine Touch has a few works that are great professionals. The rest of the crew doesn't cover your floors and furniture and makes a huge mess. The owners are very friendly when they want to collect a check, but terrible communicators for the actual job. There was never one foreman in charge and different people came everyday some not very skilled at all.
