I had a great experience with this company a couple years ago. I went back this week for some rust repairs. In 2 initial visits for quotes and planning the work, apparently nothing was recorded except the dollar value!. I dropped the car off Sunday night, only to get a call the next day, What are we doing on your car? Nothing was written down and they wanted me to come back again! No way! I collected my car that afternoon, and didn't even get an apology.
