This review is long overdue, but the most excellent body shop repairs and quality service I’ve experienced in Ontario! I was hoping to just get my car looked at and see if they can fix some damages and possibly get a quote. They were really nice over the phone so, I decided to take my car in. When I got there, they were really dismissive and rude. Made me feel stupid for attempting to try and get a quote. Basically telling me to get rid of my car or suck it up. I don’t ever give negative reviews but, I am extremely upset with the service.
My experience at Fine Touch was great. I had never been through a collision repair, previously, but I knew they had a great reputation so I went with them. Andy was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made the process seamless and stress-free. He and the crew restored my vehicle impeccably and in good time. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Fine touch did an immaculate job fixing my right side doors and quarter panel on my 2018 outback. I wanted to use an independent shop instead of one of the big chains that my insurance was pushing me to use, and I'm so glad that I did.
