I went to fine touch collision to have my vehicle repaired from a hit and run. I was very distressed at the time and didn’t know how the process works, but the team and owner of the shop made me feel at ease. They explained everything in detail and guided me with the process and the insurance company claim process. They took care of business very well and I will trust them with all future repairs if the need arises. Literally swung by the shop this morning to see if they could help with installing an aftermarket bumper that wasn’t sitting flush on my 2008 Honda Civic. The team quickly took a look and adjusted the bumper as best they could, and it looks 10x better than when I arrived. Everyone was super kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I’ll 100% be back for any future auto body needs. Thank you so much!
