Dr. Fine IS NOW IN NEW PORT RICHEY at 7611 Cita Ln., Unit 101, New Port Richey, FL 34653, phone number (727) 376-9400. I see he has worked in at least two other cities, with his current practice in NPR. I read the most recent review re not being able to find Dr. Fine. That's why I'm posting this. I will have insurance Dr. Fine accepts once I retire & qualify for the Medicare Advantage policy I chose. Therefore I now cannot rate him, which is why I gave him a 3 star - noncommittal I think
I went to Dr Fine because he took my insurance but once he became my Primary, I really felt comfortable. I really wanted to keep him as Primary but can't find him now.
Dr. Fine is a very good doctor, he cares about his patients. But his nurse/receptionist/wife is very unhelpful and rude. She does not understand the meanings of patient/doctor confidentiality. She has hung the phone up on me multiple times. I was extremely sick trying to see the doctor and she told me he was out of town, which was a lie, she did not care that I was sick. Rona is the rudest person I have ever came into contact with.
