The item supplied was very rusty, (they could have run a wire brush over it),it was also missing a part and another part was damaged. My fitter had to cannibalise the existing item to to replace the missing part and to repair the damaged part, because of this extra work and time he charged me an extra £10 on top of the quote he had given me, unlikely FINE SPARES will refund this amount.
