Had an amazing experience with the owners today who actually washed my car for me since I got a panic attack they were amazing and my car looked nice and shiny since I have moved into the area I have always washed my car at this car wash but day I was not feeling well and the owners were there to help me. They also gave me some car smells that you hang in your car for free they took care of me amazing people and a wonderful car wash it's the only one in Ankeny that actually washes the car and it's not expensive. Update: owner credited me with a couple automatic washes which I appreciate! Been paying for $4 car washes for years, but recently it charged me $20 for 14 minutes which I didn't choose and certainly didn't need all that time. I didn't realize how much I'd paid until my credit card statement because the machine didn't tell me the charge when I swiped.

Complete rip-off. Went there on 2-27-25, Bay 3. Put $12 cash in Kiosk for car wash. Bay door opens and then closes right back down. As I sit there and watch the wash operate without my car in the Bay, I call the car wash number. Voice mail. Left message. Called 2 more times, voice mails and left messages. No return calls, nothing! Never will go back.

Does a great job of washing. Once if the few that washes the bottom of your car. The dryers are worthless, but the wash is one of the best in turn.

Not worth the money!!! You have to run ur card every 4 mins for 4 bucks. Do better!
