I had a previous review of five stars but after going there and my card was charged and it didn't work and I was told that I would be getting a refund in the mail and I never did Now almost a month later. I changed my review because this is absolutely horrible business and this is not the first time it happened.

I have to give a 1 star due to the fact or damaged my vehicle for the second time. I'll have to have it buffed and new ceramic applied again. This car wash does the best cleaning in town but I can't risk damage anymore. Owner will not work with me and only offered free washes. I'm done here. It says 7' clearance. My truck is 6' 10.75" and it hits my roof every time. The system should stop after it fails to move once. It continued to put 7 vehicle scratches in my paint. Then it drug it across my front grill. Had an amazing experience with the owners today who actually washed my car for me since I got a panic attack they were amazing and my car looked nice and shiny since I have moved into the area I have always washed my car at this car wash but day I was not feeling well and the owners were there to help me. They also gave me some car smells that you hang in your car for free they took care of me amazing people and a wonderful car wash it's the only one in Ankeny that actually washes the car and it's not expensive.
