DON'T! Our second order they sent the wrong product and didnt even care do anything about it and this time jars came broken! They are a joke I would never buy from them again! I will make sure to comment under all their social media accounts and ads the photo of the box. After all public must know what type of a company is this before they buy anything!
**Been a customer for years but never again!** I ordered a gift for my nephew becasue they said they would add ice packs. I paid for 2 day but they shipped it on a Thurday and it was not delivered till Tuesday. The package got hot enough for the hazlenut spread to ooze out of the lid. Customer service does exist. I got an email from a bot with no followup. I'm going through my Amex to get a refund since they just don't care enough to contact me about this problem.
Wow, this is the best chocolate I’ve ever had!!
Both jars were shattered, leaking and a mess. They were only wrapped in construction paper and no fragile sticker was on the box. Multiple attempts to get in touch with this business were not successful. They eventually emailed asking for a review and I emailed back my situation before I wrote this. I did not hear back from them.
