Terrible experience. I really thought I was being pranked. My nails are lumpy, uneven, and 9 of my nail beds were cut and bleeding by the time I left. One of my nails is half matte half shiny, I can’t even explain that. There is no polish on the sides of my nails. It truly looks terrible and now I have bandages on 9 fingers to let the ointment heal. 9 nicked fingers is INSANE!!!! It was supposed to be a girls day with my mom and sister. DO NOT GO HERE! they do not know how to do nails they will mess your nails up! no matter how many times they retry it will look awful. they got lazy and slapped stickers on my nails as if i’m 5?! save your money, time and energy! we ended up telling them that we did not want to pay for the service and they insisted on us paying! we had to call the police to get out of making a payment for this awful job!
AWFUL experience!!!! They’re NOT good at doing nails. No one came in when my daughters and I were there! Everyone knows not to go there but us!!!!! They should permanently close! We had to call the police to get out of making a payment for this disaster job!!
