My insurance company recommended, and stated I had to use them in order to get repairs. I did get the repairs I needed however when it was time for me to pick my truck up My 2014 Terrain had a had No gas in tank when towed in it had a half a Tank and my horn and alarm was working once I got my 2014 terrain truck back my horn and alarm had been detached and they had me walk over to the store next to the shop to retrieve my truck.
