This house was built by Fine Line in Troy, PA in 2000. Overall the house has a nice layout and looks good. The problems are underneath what you see. All of the exterior doors were put in without any flashing. Due to this they have all rotted the subfloor of the house from years of leaking. The pictures attached are of the front entryway where the water leaked in from doors, windows and a roof that had no flashing at all and subsequently rotted two full stories of wall framing and everything attached. I can't say enough good things about how smooth this whole process has been. I feel like every step of the way I am informed and kept up to date on what is going on.
