WOW! They made the insurance company move fast and got my car done so quick. I was so surprised! Will always use them for my car repairs!
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This has got to be the most terrible business in Columbus with the most unethetical business practices I have ever encountered. Let me give you a few examples. (1) Their ads say "free towing" and "we will pay your deductible" and that they have free loaner cars. Their towing guy came to pick up our car and handed me a contract that he expected me to sign right on the spot that said the opposite of all this and that I authorize all repairs to my vehicle no matter what the cost is. super job! Great facility and very neat office. Had a $500 deductible and they covered all of it which i was surprised, but really happy! Work was done perfectly and I cant even tell which side I got hit on. And they cleaned my car inside and out! AWESOME JOB!
Good work What a nice business to work with. Great people that know what they're doing. Had my Ford worked on and I got my car back in a week in perfect condition. Communication and the overall experience was an A++
Beware of this auto body shop!! I had bought a new convertible and had it a week and 2 days and was involved in a 4 car wreck. Had several body shops calling my phone after the wreck did not realize this information was given out. Decided to go with Fineline which to this day I have regreted. Very shady people please beware...
