While the repairs of our car were just fine I experienced horrid customer service. The location took my car before they had time for it as they had admitted to the insurance company meaning we had to use a rental for almost 2 weeks without them working on our car. They failed to reach out to the insurance to update the estimate and time of repair causing headache with the rental as the insurance estimated it should of taken only 3-5 days to repair and since Fine Line hadnt reached out to them the insurance wasnt wanting to c... read more
This is the second time we have had repair work done at Fine line in about 3-4 years. They are friendly, easy to work with, handled the insurance side of things, and communicated clearly what was going on. Returned my repaired Jeep wrangler in about 12 or so days. Looked brand new, and while the inside was fairly clean I feel like they returned it cleaner than I left it. Shined the tires and everything. I’d def recommend taking your vehicle there if in need of repair

I had a recent insurance repair with Fine Line Auto Body and it was a wonderful experience all round. From start to finish, very impressed with their service. Dawna kept me updated on how the repair was going, handled the repair with great attention to detail and returned my car looking like new in a short period of time.
