Truthfully, I typically prefer to go to a privately owned shop, but Fine Line was open on Saturdays, which was a huge benefit for us. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised that the service we received far exceeded our expectations. Eli and Traci were exceptional to work with. They set expectations for a time-frame, then delivered in half the amount of time initially estimated. Eli and the rest of the staff gave us superior service! This is by far the best experience I've ever had with an automotive servicer. They were kind, compassionate, friendly, and took genuine interest in what had happened to our car and made sure my family and I were uninjured.
