The body work is amazing, can’t complain about that at all. However I wasn’t impressed with the rest of the work…I was told the car was good to go but upon getting in the car I instantly noticed a humming noise and mechanic would know exactly what that noise is..it was my bearing. It got worse over the course of a few days and I ended up having to get another tow not being able to trust the saftey of my car. AMAZING SERVICE FROM ELI AND TRACY I HAD AN EMERGENCY WHERE I HIT A TRAFFIC CONE AND SCARTCHED THE FRONT OF MY BRAND NEW 2024, GOT ME IN RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING AND HAD MY CAR LOOKING BRAND NEW IN LESS THAN 20 MIN! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MAGNIFICENT!!! 10/10 EXPERIENCE DEFINITELY WOILD RECOMMEND!!!!
Great service and great quality of work. I had a $9k repair done on my Ram. Communication was great throughout the repair. They worked well with my insurance company as well, which very helpful to me. I picked my truck up today and it looks like new from what I can see. Would recommend Fine Lines to anyone needing bodywork done. Great team of people that focus on the customer!
They did a great job of repairing, replacing, and repainting some body parts that had been damaged. Good, friendly service, with care to ensure that the job was done right.
If I could give 20 stars I would!!! At one of the hardest moments in my life, Elie & Traci handled my situation with the kindness and grace that is rarely seen these days!!! I do not have enough words to express the weight Elie took off my shoulders!!! He filed the claim, got a rental for me, and took care of literally EVERYTHING!!!
