My car was involved in an accident and towed to fine line. I was out of town and unable to be there in person. Nick was very responsive to all of my questions. They ultimately didn’t do the work for the car as it was totaled. The experience was positive as could be in this situation.
I absolutely cannot say enough great things about Fine Line. Not only were they transparent through the entire process, giving me updates nearly daily on the progress. They had also come in contact with an issue with my rear parking aid sensor, and was able to get that completed in only a couple of hours. If you want quality, efficiency & superb customer service, this is your place!!! Saved thousands of dollars because they actually care about their customers, if they can provide a service that doesn’t break the bank they will!! If your vehicle needs a little more work they are very transparent with you. They buffed out a scratch on the side of my car for under $200, I was quoted over 3 thousand dollars for the same scratch they buffed out.
