Dr. Fine filed with Medicaid saying he performed procedures on me which he did not. We confronted him about his falsifications and he hemmed and hawed, and when we continued to question him, he became very combative, using foul language and threatening us. He told us to get out of his office, and when we requested all of our records under his practice, he said “Sure you can have them, in 10 years!” We’ve had many doctors over the years and have never been treated in such a vile and dishonest way. Went to establish care as just moved to Nashville. Very outgoing, and very easy to relate to. Prioritized my conditions, but addressed each one in turn. Very thorough, and explains things simply.

Dr. Fine is a conscientious talented physician who genuinely cares about his patients. I am very impressed with his compassion,k skills and professional demeanor. We are fortunate to be his patients at VUMC.

This Doctor has the ABSOLUTE WORST BEDSIDE MANNER and attitude of ANY doctor I have EVER met. I was a Pharmacuetical rep for 15 years and met only a handful of rude doctors like him. But Never to patients!!! He was arrogant, continued to tell me how I Felt. Challenged me on every word and told me, he was not going to address a health issue that I might want to find another doctor (which I decided to do the minute he walked in) he is a horrible doctor.
