I was about to take a shower last Sunday evening but couldn’t because my shower handle broke as I turned on the hot water. I texted Ilmer that evening and he was able to come by the next morning and fix the problem immediately also buying the cartridge that needed to be replaced . Very satisfied and reasonable price Which would have cost 2x more if I called a plumber!
I worked with Ilmur and his team on my home renovation, which included two bathrooms, a fireplace, all closet doors, and the creation of a new storage space. Ilmer and his staff were great to work with thru out the remodel of our bathroom. They were prompt arriving to our house each day and cleaned everything before they left for the day. We had to travel and never had second thoughts to leave them with a key to the house. We highly recommend them for any project.
Ilmer and the team have helped me out big time in several occasions. One time was to re-do the entire bathroom after my rental tenant's departure few years back. Ilmer was very patient and thorough with the material selections and the execution, despite having to work with me remotely as I was located elsewhere. Just recently, he also completed a roof renovation job to pass an insurance inspection. I am glad that I can rely on Ilmer and couldn't be happier with the work.
We got a major water leak from the part that connect city water pipe and house which started Friday. It was horrible to spend the weekend without water especially with kids. Ilmer came to rescue- offered a reasonable quote, scheduled the job right the next day, made multiple trips to the hardware store and completing the job even though the scope of job expanded once he dug the ground. It was a rainy day and he was working outside whole day. Very professional and responsible!! I recommend highly of him.
