BUYER BEWARE! This company is the absolute worst. I ordered a bathtub from them. They delivered it broken badly. It looked like an opened returned tub that they were trying to resale by the way it was packaged. I wanted a refund, and for them to come get the tub back. They refused to refund me my money. I bought a home equipped with this company's toilets. Toilets, in my view, are the sort of thing that one shouldn't devote a lot of time or consideration to. Badly designed showroom office and warehouse. No signage. Nobody has any idea where to go. The cashier is actually up on the third floor. They buzz you into the second floor and then you are like where do I go now? And then you go down to the warehouse And the guy doesn’t wanna help you. He says “go upstairs”. He doesn’t even look at the receipt. Badly organized. Treat your customers better.
