Everything in this store is great and Diana, the owner, is so knowledgeable! I always go here for gifts and end up getting a few things for myself too.

I placed several orders of candles I could not find anywhere else and they were a great deal. They all arrived in pristine condition. Diana even included a thank you note, which was very kind. I had reached out to her to ask about an item and she responded right away. If I was local I would definitely frequent her shop. I am so happy with all my treasures and I am for sure going to order again.

Yikes, I’ve never been treated so rudely by an owner and staff. They evidently do not appreciate customers. Strange business model! Note to those brave enough to leave an honest comment about an any sort of negative experience at Fine Feather — the clap-back on non-glowing reviews is legendary!

Odd little shop with lots of exotic and expensive beauty products - which isn’t really my thing, but that’s not the problem. On multiple occasions, I’ve arrived at times that they were supposed to be open (in the company of people who do enjoy their products) - and the door was locked, the lights off, and not even a note on the door. It’s to the point of being a running joke. Perhaps there is some unusual way that shoppers are supposed to find out when they’re open…but the hours on their website do not appear to be current.

Wish this could have been a great experience for me, but It was not. Immediately upon entering I was greeted with a dirty look, and a very dry hi once I was exiting. I hope you guys have a better day tomorrow.
