Disappointed, They quoted me a cost of $93.50 to clean my rug and said they could have it ready by the following Tuesday when I had an appointment in town (I live 1 hrs and 15 minutes away) and this would have saved me a special trip to town just for the rug. The rug was not ready on time and the price they charged me was now $200. The rug itself did not cost $100 so it wasn't worth it and I had to drive 2.5 hrs and pay gas money to make a special trip to pick up the rug because they couldn't meet their own timeline. I have never dealt with a more dishonest, creepy and gross contractor in my entire life. You'd be better off hiring some random dudes off of Craigslist for your home restoration needs. Seriously, don't let these creepy people near your home and especially anywhere near your family!
