I’d like to thank Charles and the rest of the team for saving my Valentine’s Day on such short notice. You really came through for me. Where do I even start? We highly recommend Fine dining Chefs. Casey Stuart was our chef. We stayed Glamp Blue ridge (another five star), He brought all he needed to prepare our 4 course meal. Casey provided exceptional customer service and ensured we were comfortable from appetizers to dessert. It was like dining in an upscale restaurant.
We enjoyed having Chef Charles prepare a 4 course meal for us in our rental home near Blue Ridge. He took his time preparing each dish, brought table settings, spoke about the food during each course and cleaned up after! What a great way to enjoy time at a cabin in the mountains. Thank you Chef Charles and Fine Dining Chefs for the last minute availability and wonderful meal.
Very disappointed in this business’s lack of empathy towards their “no refunds under any circumstances” policy. My wonderful husband booked us a trip to Blue Ridge for 1/22/26-1/25/26 for my 30th birthday and our babymoon as I am 8 months pregnant. He booked this fine dining experience for us for 1/24/26 and I was so excited for this whole trip! Ponder this & then read the rest of the review…. Have you ever been to a restaurant and had to sign a contract and pay before you got your food? I am writing this review on 1/21/26 which is three days before what was supposed to be a wonderful private dinner experience for my wife’s 30th birthday and “baby moon” we are 8 months pregnant.. Unfortunately there is some severe weather coming in the area… we rented an AirBnB and the host cancelled saying it’s too unsafe to come up the mountain given the severe ice storm.
