My wife and I were in the Blue Ridge area for our annual trip that this year coincided with her birthday. We’ve got a little one so dinner out at a fine dining restaurant was not going to work and I found Fine Dining Chefs online. They had great reviews so I booked an evening with them at our cabin. Made our 250th Marine Corps Ball an event to remember, thank you Jeff and your great staff, extremely professional and the presentation was awesome!
Chef Jeff put together such an impressive meal! The menu was creative and beautifully prepared, and he even incorporated some of our own farmers market ingredients into a fresh, vibrant salad that everyone loved. Each course showed real thought and skill, and the evening flowed perfectly from start to finish. The flourless chocolate cake at the end was absolutely outstanding — the perfect finish to a wonderful dinner.
Nate had complete control of the kitchen, very organized, super friendly! The presentation, taste of the food was amazing. It was a very one of a kind experience, very special treat for our family’s mountain get away!
