I ordered a hood, paid and have never received the hood. Do not order from this company. They do not answer emails or calls, will have to take them to small claims court.

Hood arrived damaged, they failed to secure pieces, it fell apart and damaged our new cook top. After months, they agreed to send new parts and reimburse us for hiring someone local to fix. Never paid us, never sent parts. Very unethical company, I’m sorry to say.

If I could put negative stars I would. I call and call and call, and email and email back and forth and they don't have the decency to even call because they are probably so far behind. If you are even considering them, I would run for the hills. They are going to get themselves in major lawsuits if they keep doing business like this. I would pay thousands of dollars more to get customer service and a better product. I hope they go out of business because I wold hate for another customer to suffer like I did. Worst company. We paid thousands of dollars for a hood with no response. They never pick up the phone and flat out ignore you when you call. Do not respond to emails. They stole our money. We have no product. They lie. Louise is terrible. You can’t get a hold of anyone. Call us back immediately. We will pursue legal action. Do not muse this company ever! Kyle call us back.
