As a nervous renovator, dealing with Josh, Adrien and Daniel has been a breath of fresh air. I was highly impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. The team crafted a stunning deck on a difficult and uneven site. They kept the site tidy after each work day and were respectful of the property and neighbours. We look forward to engaging Fine Deck again on our next project.
We had our entire decking replaced by Josh and his team. Josh was outstanding in explaining the pros and cons of different options, giving a clear and balanced view to help me to make a well informed decision. He was quick to respond to queries, and even video called me to show me the current state of play as I was out of town. He completed the fantastic work within the time frame agreed and left the premise clean, I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone who needs new decking.
Delighted with the Milboard deck that Josh and the team installed. Really great service from start to finish. Appreciated that Josh gives you all the options and the honest pros and cons of each without trying to force anything on you. Supports your decision process throughout. Had a WoodEvo Advanced composite cantilever deck built by Fine Deck in September, Josh came to quote, gave me great advice on the WoodEvo product and construction of the deck, he removed the old facia and joists and replaced them, allowed me time to paint and oil the new products before he came back to install the decking boards and facer, which made it a lot easier for me.
