I love Lola with my whole heart! she is amazing with my hair and understands what my hair needs. I would recommend anyone with curly hair to see her!
Updated review to say that while it did take her a while to correspond, she did ultimately end up fixing the scheduling error.
I’ve been a client of Lola’s since 2020. Unfortunately today was my last time being her client, she needs to work on her professionalism and time management. Every time I would go in for my appointment she would be running 30+ minutes late. For example: I has an appointment with her at 10am. She texted me at 9:30am to inform me she was running late however she never considered her clients drive from far away to get their hair cut.
