We recently worked with Mark Blankman on estimates for an extension over our back deck. He was very helpful and responsive all the way through the process. In addition, we need to re-roof our house and Mark worked with a roofing company to include that estimate as well. Though we determined we could not afford to go ahead with the deck cover construction at this time, we would recommend Fine Custom Construction.

Working with Fine Custom Construction was a great pleasure, from pleasant phone-calls to constructive and productive meetings, our time and perspective was always respected. We used Fine to do an addition on to our home, it was a large project that took months to complete. Like all projects nothing ever goes all the way right because there is just a lot that happens along the way you can't plan for. The good thing about them is we never had to worry that they wouldn't take care of it and make sure everything would turn out right. I haven't had work done with Fine YET. In fact I've only spoken to Deborah. She was amazing over the phone going over options and being so understanding of our needs. We set up an appointment and Mark came to my home at the scheduled time. We'll I had fallen asleep thanks to being a tired mom of 3 kids under 2.
