I see another review with my same issue so it's a repeat complain from another customer. I went into the store for replacing my tires. They were very nice, seated me inside while they finished. They assured me the tires were like new tires just used for a week. I shared that I'll be driving to Windsor staying for a month then driving all the way to Alberta and I want to make sure nothing happens in between. 4 days later while I'm in Windsor I get a flat tire. Installed the tire on a bent rim ensuring it was road safe, not to mention the tire is from 2013 would stray far from this shop if you want your car in good shape
They certify the car with chipped windshield, distorted rim and faulty seat belt to be safe, which I bought from Antepli Used Car at 1270 Finch Avenue West. Nobar Zakarian the technician is not competent enough to certify cars for safety. It took me couple of weeks to convince the dealership to replace the seat belt and repair the rim. I will never recommend this facility for car certification for their poor vehicle safety assessment.
