They certify the car with chipped windshield, distorted rim and faulty seat belt to be safe, which I bought from Antepli Used Car at 1270 Finch Avenue West. Nobar Zakarian the technician is not competent enough to certify cars for safety. It took me couple of weeks to convince the dealership to replace the seat belt and repair the rim. I will never recommend this facility for car certification for their poor vehicle safety assessment. I went to change the oil of my car and they told me to wait 30 minutes but 2 hours passed and no one cared. This is a place that should never be visited.
