I didn’t get far in the process at all. I called around 3pm on a Friday, in hopes of getting updated appraisals and clarity on several pieces from a family estate. The phone was answered by a gruff individual who didn’t identify themselves as part of a business. When I asked for clarity if the number was correct, there was a large pronounced sigh and a yup.
