It pains me greatly to leave this negative review. Dr. Findley has been my Dr. for over 20 years before suddenly and without warning abandoning her patients, whom most, including me were in mid treatment +. When I visited the office yesterday it was in complete chaos and full of patients who were abandoned in mid treatment without warning. All waiting to be triaged by a very nice Dr. whose was called in to repair the damage to patients caused by the sudden and unannounced departure of Dr. Findley. Made an appointment with NP in June/July had to wait until mid December. Received a call beginning December finding out I was scheduled with Dr, which had left and the time of appointment was not the same either. When I called back to clarify, non of my insurance information was on file, including previous medical records were missing. Person on phone was very rude, I ended up cancelling my appointment. I love the Dr and employees however when trying to "Access the patient protal" on line, it takes way too long to apply given the required "security passwords" and "secret 6 digit codes" sent to your phone that you have to re-enter into the "Portal" only to be locked out in the end result is way too much security for such a minimal operation. If your advising me that my lab results are in via email, why not just include them in the email???? Having to "Access the portal" has more security requirements then than the nuclear fo... read more
