I had an amazing experience with this company, specifically Johnathan. He was extremely helpful and even gave my car a lookover to see if he knew what was going on with it. First time customer and having automotive work done is rarely a pleasure. Findley Auto Body repaired my wife's car/deer damage then worked on my truck several weeks later. We had an excellent experience. Staff was friendly and offered multiple solutions to our auto issues as well as dealing with insurance companies. They went above and beyond to take care of us. 5 stars.

Very professional and friendly. Took a while to put in a rear main seal in my truck, but was pretty quick with his employee situation. I will not hesitate using Jason ever. He saved me $1,100 on the job over dealership prices, and his prices are great.

My wife heard an alarming noise when she was passing through Fort Scott. Despite being after their closing time they inspected the vehicle and determined the likely problem free of charge. Since it didn't directly effect the safety of the van she continued the trip. They called the next day to make sure that she arrived. Talk about above and beyond! Would definitely recommend.
