5 star for Josh in service who came out and tightened the screw in the door. 0 star for scheduling lady inside who told us she couldn’t look at it and was very very rude. My husband said they should fire her!!

My husband purchased his 22 GTi from Findlay, their customer service was amazing the entire 2 years of ownership. We recently sold the vehicle back to Findlay and couldn't be happier with the experience and offer they gave us! Rett is an incredible Manager. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle we will 100% be going with Findlay Volkswagen again.
It has been truly nothing short of a horrible experience using Findlay Volkswagen. I still have a warranty on my car-and I’m choosing not to use it so I don’t have to deal with this service center anymore. I have also reached out to the general manager of the store-and I wasn’t worth a response to him either. I bought (and put down thousands) a brand new car with essentially 0 miles in 2022, including all the warranties which costed more. My check engine light came on within a few days. Worked with Tom the service writer and thanks to his excellent service and patience he again made things right like he has in the past.
