Brought my car in for a recall repair. The service center required me to sign a marketing consent form before proceeding and then spammed multiple marketing messages afterward. The recall itself only takes about an hour, but they quoted 2.5 hours because they added a full service inspection I didn’t request. Big shout out to Clyde! Thanks for your help and keeping us to date and informed throughout the process of service. Don’t know the tech’s name but big huge kudos to them for sending as videos of the issues they found and educating us! Best service in town!

Jesse Pastor and crew are badasses. Over the years they've consistently treated me respectfully, and ensured my Jetta was running right and proper within my means. I appreciate the step by step video diagnostics, but time and again I found them decent and reliable.
