I would give them zero if I could. Liner with so many holes and seam separation after only 2 summers of use. Horrible to deal with in terms of upholding their warranty. We have been waiting months and they will find any way out of not honoring their warranty.
I think they went under. No answer on their main number and calling their 1-888 toll-free is directed to "medical alert bracelets". I called the U.S. parent in Ohio and they say they folded.
Our pool liner from Findlay Vinyl was made perfectly to measure. Quality, workmanship and shipping we're of excellent quality, and in good time. I highly recommend their work.
