Findlay movers did an amazing job with my recent move. They packed and unpacked all my belongings, which included some very fragile items. They took care of all items, were very much on time with arrivals, and did an awesome job. I will definitely turn to them for any other moves I might have! Thank you Findlay team!

The relationship started off healthy. We had a large move to make emptying the contents of multiple homes and downsizing. It was also complicated as the contents had to be separated between two homes in two states. We started with small problems, things being mis-packed and mis-delivered. The cost of this process was well into the six figures. Findlay then tried to sell us a separate, expensive insurance policy to cover their liability of damage or loss. So we mistakenly shipped out our IDs and passport and travel documents together with all our stuff. We called Stephen @ 7:40 am the next morning and he was so kind and responsive. Findlay staff was so kind and they unpacked several boxes that were ready to ship in the container. We were able to retrieve our documents! We are thankful for their kindness and cooperation.
