They were able to take my vehicle for recall when I dropped off this time, which is excellent, but could not complete because they have to order the parts. In the past I had tried repeatedly to schedule other recall but they were not able to schedule the work until several attempts. If Findlay is able to complete this recall appointment, I would be satisfied.
The mobile service was great, I didn’t even realize that was an option. It’s so convenient. The gentleman that came out ( didn’t catch his name) was very nice , and very professional.
I made an appointment after confirming that the dealership had the parts necessary to complete two recalls. They confirmed that the parts were in stock. I took my car in and left it overnight. They call the next morning saying the car is ready. I was told that I have to take my car back because they didn’t have the parts to repair the backup camera recall. They basically WASTED MY TIME. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED ON A RECALL ISSUE.
This was the worst service I have ever had from Lincoln. No one was calling me back. It took over two weeks and then you sent them to my house to do the work. So what was the problem? The girl who answered the phone finally took care of me herself.
The service was done quickly and it was very convenient for me
