I brought me 2021 Lexus NX300 for service where I was met by Brittany who provided excellent customer service, she was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. It's always reassuring when the staff is knowledgeable and thorough. The clean return of the Lexus and nice waiting room amenities are definite bonuses. Lexus seems to really uphold its reputation for quality.
