We gOt hAcKeD! We cAn'T SchEdUlE aPpOiNtMeNts. We had an appointment over 2 months ago and constantly got the run around. Now they got hacked and can't seem to use pen and paper or communicate with their mouths like normal humans? This place is plagued by laziness, and first world problems shut the whole operation down. All I need is a side mirror replaced, not even a hard job.
"New" Ron on the job in service dept. He was truly a gentleman and followed up on my auto needs. As usual, I feel safe on our roads here in Saint George. Plus, I still love my Kia Soul.
We were traveling from Seattle thru St George, Utah and experienced car trouble. We had our vehicle towed to a local shop. The next morning Kia went and picked it up with their truck, looked it over and let us know what repairs were necessary. Jeff Hafen, the service manager was incredibly helpful and very fair with the repairs that were necessary. He did everything possible to keep our costs to a minimum.
