Rod from the Service Department was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was handled properly. I really appreciate his excellent customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend Rod to anyone who needs assistance from the Service Department.
Love their recently remodeled dealership! Each time (almost 2 yrs) the visits are better & better! Rhett, the GM is customer floor friendly & approachable! (Open door policy kind of boss, l observed) Staff in recent visits seems HAPPY to be there! Well kept dealership w/ good synergy! Thank you Service Team that works well together (Rod ensures I'm taken care of ea. time) I MISS my So. Cal. Kia FAMILY but hoping to have the same experiences here VS Calif. w/ my turning/trading another Kia Lease vehicle?!
I’m Impressed with the professional Staff and the technicians’ mechanical skills. The staff are efficient and personable. However, the KIA is so well made, I’ve only needed routine maintenance performed.
Gave me a fair deal on a car for my daughter. Pray it's a solid car
Great and friendly service.
