Been getting service for our Kia here for some time only issue I have ever had was booking service when I need it can be a few days out.
Went in for an appointment explained my situation and asked if the warranty would cover. Rod was nice went to get my vin and spent some time on the computer checking, he found an extended warranty by Kia for the parts, got all taken care in one hour. Waiting area is nice with magazines and refreshments.
We gOt hAcKeD! We cAn'T SchEdUlE aPpOiNtMeNts. We had an appointment over 2 months ago and constantly got the run around. Now they got hacked and can't seem to use pen and paper or communicate with their mouths like normal humans? This place is plagued by laziness, and first world problems shut the whole operation down. All I need is a side mirror replaced, not even a hard job.
"New" Ron on the job in service dept. He was truly a gentleman and followed up on my auto needs. As usual, I feel safe on our roads here in Saint George. Plus, I still love my Kia Soul.
