Had an excellent experience at Findlay. Steve worked diligently to get us the vehicle we wanted and stayed in communication. Picked it up today, the entire process was painless and smooth.
The sales process was very low stress and efficient. They had everything done ahead of time which made the buying process quick and easy. The negotiating process was also low stress and I feel I received a fair deal for my trade and the truck I purchased. My salesman was genuinely polite and did not pressure me at all throughout the purchasing process. I would buy from this company again in the future.
Good service, good people, but a very expensive place for service.
