Probably the nicest Jeep dealership I've been too! Comfortable waiting room, shuttle service offered, and friendly staff!
Steve R was wonderful to work with in purchasing my car. Answered every question honestly and I would do it again in the future. Kudos to Findlay of Post Falls too...really great group.
I didn't want to leave a bad review for this place but I gave them the opportunity to make this right and they have ignored my calls and email. I took my jeep to get a vacuum leak, vibrations from the passager side tire and my steering being mis aligned. I paid my deductible and none of my issues were fixed. They replaced my ball joints but that didn't fix the issue.I can not recommend a dealership that you paid for repairs that didn't get done and ignores its customers.
