If dishonesty was a dirty toilet this place would be a gas station restroom. They sold me a car with a broken component in the AC system that can only be fixed by Honda. On the day I bought it they shook my hand and said they would "make it right." I spent $1500.00 in finding out the car could only be fixed by Honda. I had my mechanic tell them the problem before they took it in, they still only did diagnostics and didn't fix the car. They are evil.
I went into Findlay Honda Henderson for an oil change and tire rotation. Normal cost is 89.95, but I had a coupon for 15.00 off. I usually try to watch the service team while they do the work to my car due to past experiences. I noticed the service tech didn't rotate my tires. When I was notified, my car was ready I wanted to see what the service advisor was going to charge. He actually tried to charge for both services before I asked him was my tires rotated.
