listen to the 1 star reviews, do not make the same mistake i've made by ignoring them. legitmately IS the worst garage in ottawa, had to tow it to another garage which ended up diagnosing my issue within a few hours, where this garage took 2 weeks of just throwing my car deeper in their graveyard of vehicles. do not take your car here.
You Call ! you get booked ! And when you show up they don't even know you had an appointment. The owner made me feel like he didn't want my business there, probably because he knew that I was referred by my warranty agency and it wouldn't be a "same-day money" for him, even tho after I learned that what I needed to do wasn't covered by my warranty I still proceeded to pay 350$ on the spot out of my pocket (Which was a total rip off by the way, Just to cover two muffler leaks). I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been a great experience. The service is consistent, efficient, and well done every time. Ahmad (the owner) is a good guy very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He takes pride in his work and it really shows. Definitely recommend this place.
