Absolutely recommend this place! I’ve been bringing my car to Findlay Creek Service Center for a while now, and they’ve always been honest, reliable, and super friendly. They take the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The service is quick, prices are fair, and the staff actually care. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days — glad I found this place! Ahmed is a great guy.
Quoted me for 700$ plus price of the parts and ended up doing it somewhere else for 35$, not very honest!
I wish I could say good things about this place. The relationship started out well nobody spoke English except for the owner and the secretary, but they did an engine replacement for my truck that I recently financed after two months they did the job took him three months after ordering the wrong engine. Once the engine was changed. I got the truck back but received multiple issues with the truck 2019 Ford F150, beautiful truck if they would’ve got it right I’m not even sure they change the engine due to not even eight month... read more
