Findlay Collision Center is awesome. They completed a repair from a rear end collision on the Rav4 several months ago. A common tailgate latch issue occurred afterward and Jason contacted the at-fault drivers insurance company who covered the latch repair. Dropped off the Rav4 and it was done about 2 hours later... We really appreciate Jason's follow-up on this issue. Thanks Findlay!
