Jason Gardner at Findlay Collision went beyond the call of duty to diagnose and fix my 2023 Highlander tailgate that would hardly open and close. I walked in expecting just to get an estimate. Andrea was very helpful and figured out that the paint on the right front of my car could easily be chemically removed. She did it in 5 minutes and the result was perfect - my car looked as it nothing had every happened to it. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Andrea and Findlay Collision Center!!!!
Excellent experience from start to finish. Tania was very prompt and kept me in the loop over the entire course of the process. When my car was finished, it looked brand new again. Highly recommend!
Excellent efficient, helpful and friendly,,! especially Jason who was always available to take my calls to answer my questions. He provided necessary information that I did not know I needed to know having never been in that situation before. Car accidents can be traumatic. After an accident there is a process with the insurance company and the collision / repair place. In my case my car was totaled. I've used this shop twice and they are fantastic! Today I went in to ask about some paint on my car that was chipping at the edges. Andrea could tell that it wasn't from a previous repair, but happened to know about a possible recall for paint on my particular vehicle. Within 5 minutes she had called, verified the recall and set an appointment for me to have it taken care of! They are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable here and I've had nothing but great experiences with them. BIG Thanks!
