I deliver customer cars to the service department. Appears to be very proficient. Service associates are very attentive with pleasant dispositions.
DO NOT COME HERE. Worse team working here, they do not care about customer service. They will not provide reasonable updates on your car status. They do not have respect to the customers. They will keep your car for extended time for no reason and then will give you back car with issue not fix and apologize from GM. Ryan SImpson worst rep I work with. There’s another manager who never follow up with me, even I try to contact multiple times and left voice mail. His name JOSE
