I had an excellent experience with the Findlay Acura Service Department. Danny provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the process, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The entire experience was seamless, and I really appreciated the professionalism and communication. I'm very happy with the service I received and look forward to my future service/maintenance appointments.
The best dealership with communication with the parts/service department hands down they did a fantastic job
Thankful for Gus and Jay. They make sure that we are taken care of in a timely manner.
