First time car buyer here! I really didn't know what to expect coming in to buy a used vehicle from a dealership but Jonathan took excellent care of me from start to finish. He was honest and never pressured me into making a decision but also made sure I wouldn't lose out on such a good deal of a car. This review is for the SERVICE department: Very disappointed. Im left with a sour taste after Todd in service, require I pay for a recall/warranty “diagnostic” appointment, which was not mentioned to me when I called to schedule with him. He mentioned it would be taken care off, meaning I didn’t have to pay.
