I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tonya in Internet Sales and Mike in the Service Department at Findlay Acura. Also, a shout out to Melvin in the sales department. For an auto dealership, I have never experienced this level of consistent, high quality service from start to almost the finish line later this week. Three days ago I went to Findlay Acura to look at a Cadillac SRX. I met with Mr. John Williams. Kind, curtious no pressure, felt comfortable with him. He went over every detail with me step by step, from the test drive describing and showing me how every luxury accessory worked to his listing every upgrade that was done to the car. New tires, new brakes, the car had a call back on it, they took care of that. I decided to buy the car. I put in a bid on it $150.00 less then their asking price they accepted. To summarize, manager yelled at me for test driving. This would be a 1 star review if it wasn't for Melvin. He is a very good salesman who got me what I needed and was very prompt. I didn't actually have intentions of coming to Acura, since I was looking at the Honda Civic Type R, but the Honda dealership was not interested in selling.
