This firm is morally ambiguous. They are vertically integrated with their own platform Centric which has reporting issues. Also they charge high fees. At least 1.2% of your funds under management including gst. Their performance is lacklustre. Their service is abysmal.
They simply don't care. I could see my accountant was drained and mentally close to depression. He tried to hide it but i could see he was having a tough day so when i pressured him what's going on, he fessed up management was giving him grief and the company was a hell hole nightmare. In turn he couldn't focus on basic things when it came to my tax requirements.
