Christine park from Business Advisory is the most unprofessional person and is the reason I will not be dealing with Findex anymore
This firm is morally ambiguous. They are vertically integrated with their own platform Centric which has reporting issues. Also they charge high fees. At least 1.2% of your funds under management including gst. Their performance is lacklustre. Their service is abysmal.
They simply don't care. I could see my accountant was drained and mentally close to depression. He tried to hide it but i could see he was having a tough day so when i pressured him what's going on, he fessed up management was giving him grief and the company was a hell hole nightmare. In turn he couldn't focus on basic things when it came to my tax requirements.
I have been with this company through thick and thin over a period of 30+ years. They have stayed with me when I had money to invest and when I didn't. I have always been treated with respect and have my priorities accommodated.
I am so grateful to have finally found the perfect accounting firm after 25 years of searching and countless disappointments with previous firms.
