The place isn’t even there very disappointed the picture is from 7 years ago definitely has changed since then
It’s a scam. I applied with them in October and paid an application fee. I never heard back. Very unprofessional
They never get back to you. I have been inquiring since 10/23 it is now 12/6 ask me if a single person got back to me ! NOT ONE
The apartment was going to be cleaned before I moved in. It wasn't. Jennifer and Abe are communicative up until they have your money. After that, you never hear from them. One month later, I still have not been reimbursed for the cleaner AND they haven't given the security AND first-month's rent to my property management company. Yes, my bank made the check out to them instead of the property management company, but I trusted Abe when he said he'd take care of it. My mistake, but it doesn't have to be yours.
