AnA was beyond verbal expression. She is the most deceptive conniving lieing so called customer service person I've ever encountered. I tried to cancel my auto insurance back in Aug. I called 3 times and emailed 3 times leaving detailed messages to cancel my auto and landlord insurance. She never responding to my communications.
