This place has good landscaping but that’s it. Management raises prices and doesn’t do any work to upkeep the buildings. The HOA has raised prices every year and has gotten out of control. This year they raised fees and halfway through raised them again.
Beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon (5pm) and the pool is closed.
Office always closed
I would not recommend buying or renting in this community. When I was there management was not interested in making policy improvements on behalf of residents. In particular on the issue of smoking. Pay the extra money and go to a community that wants to hold itself to a higher standard of living.
