Paul and Mike were great finding me my dream Ford Explorer. Paul worked hard to understand exactly what I wanted, and that it fit within budget, he was always available for questions and it was such a quick and smooth process. Mike then came to my office to drop off the new car and collect my old one. This was quite surreal but an amazing service, couldn’t recommend enough.
Fantastic service as always. Thank you to Paul, Sunny and the team who found us the perfect car with the spec. we wanted, colour we wanted, full dealer service history, got the seller to do the cam belt, service and MOT and delivered the car to us in lovely condition. Not only did they save me having to drive around the country looking at cars AND collect from Kent, they also did far more due diligence and inspection than I ever would. If you're going to buy a car, I would highly recommend using Find & Finance
Initially really happy with the sales side and thought they stood out from other car sales companies. Unfortunately the after care has left us unable to claim against a warranty policy that was still valid when the issues with our vehicle began and we are £3000 down when the warranty should have covered it. We purchased two vehicles and sadly within a year both have faulted. Had a really great experience with Find and Finance when we were recently looking for a works van. Sunny was extremely respsonsive, professional and helpful. He even delivered the van in person. Highly recommend!
Very poor service, spoke to Mike. Very cocky, wanted to buy a £28k van and just asked for what fiance can you do, approx cost monthly if put 10k down. Wouldn't even give approx details, need to do full application! Told him you can't just give a prox idea even if £100 month out. No, he said very cocky and told him no probs ill go buy it from somewhere else who have better service, to which he said ok what ever. What a way to ruin a nearly done deal. Could even buy the van cash buy but wanted options as business use.
