I've been a patient of Dr. Sturms for awhile. I had been very lethargic recently and simply out of it for a couple months. Jodie and Joe are both so warm, welcoming, and professional! Jodie took the time to explain how the hair removal process works and was very transparent about what kind of results I should expect. (All hair removal requires touch ups at some point, and she doesn’t try to hide that.) She also explained how the laser removal machine works and why it has to be at a certain number-setting to see results.
