I was there on the 30th July at 2:30pm. Hospital is nice and clean but the receptionist had so much attitude at the entrance when we asked for help. Has a very unwelcoming and rude demeanour. So many people are looking for nhs jobs but they get these rude people with no manners to sit at reception and not do their job properly. I would report her personally if I had gotten her name. She told me her only job was to give us directions which she failed to do as well. Very disappointing.
I had to take my elderly mum there for an Xray today....its Sunday today....lots of Blue Badge parking ....very modern and clean entrance and directions were clear.We got seen very quickly...The disabled toilets were spotlessly clean....Yes from this short experience,I would recomend this hospital
