Never had an issue before but this time when I went for blood test the person rushed it and now I have bruise. All the previous visits for tests were fine but this is just bad
it was my first time visiting this hospital as an emergency and my last, there was a one very very rude and impaitent lady with grey hair at reception.
When I called, a staff member named Sajni answered the phone. Unfortunately, her manner was very unprofessional. Throughout the call she was laughing, and I could hear mumbling in the background, which made me feel she was distracted and not taking my enquiry seriously. At one point, I gave my date of birth three times. My daughter, who was with me, also confirmed that I repeated it correctly as 1998. However, Sajni insisted I had given it incorrectly.
