I only had one appt. with Doctor Maheen Mujtaba back in December 2024. She was given to me and my kids bc my other family doctor retired. I will definitely not be returning!!! She is definitely not responsible nor reliable. Since that day she has yet to call me for my test results that I did 6 months ago. She is also horrible at responding to prescription refill request made by pharmacies. It took her 2 weeks on two separate occasions to respond back. What doctor does that! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel heard, respected, and reassured. My father was treated with such dignity and kindness that it brought us a great sense of relief during a stressful time. I give this place ZERO STARS. I’ve been wanting to leave a review for a while now. I left this place 3 years ago.. This family practice needs a major makeover. The secretary’s are horrible and unprofessional and getting a hold of anyone here is like finding a needle in a haystack. My family doctor at the time was Dr Rammo. He was never in to see his patients, always on Vacation and only in on Saturdays for shots and other tests. It was hard to reach him specially when it is urgent. Dr Ramos is a great doctor . His secretary’s are terrible. He found my heart condition as a doctor he’s the best . I was dropped as a patient because I was going to walk in clinics . His hours don’t fit a regular persons schedules . If you’re sick on a Tuesday seeing him on a Saturday doesn’t make sense sorry . Again great doctor if you don’t have a job .
