My son's wisdom teeth extraction procedure went very smoothly. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable and was very clear as he explained everything. He also personally called to check on how my son was doing after the procedure. The nurses and front office staff were all wonderful. I called and emailed a couple of times with billing questions and the office staff were super kind and helpful. The facility was also very nice.Â
I could not have been more pleased with all aspects of my experience at Finch. Dr. Smith and his team are outstanding and absolutely deserve their excellent reputation. My daughter had an excellent experience with Dr. Smith removing an impacted wisdom tooth. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming, which really helped put her at ease. Dr. smith took time to explain everything thoroughly before and after the procedure. The surgery and recovery went very smoothly, and I truly appreciated the personal touch of both Dr. Smith and the nurse calling afterward to check on my daughter.
